EASTER SCHOOL
Please click here for the Easter School Timetable
This year the school will offer a range of revision classes during the Easter holidays. The classes offered are of course dependent on the availability of staff during the holiday period. Attached is the Easter School Programme for Session 2021/2022.
Attendance at Easter School is optional for our young people. The purpose of Easter School is to encourage and assist young people in preparing for their exams by providing a supportive environment for studying. Teaching new concepts will not occur, so young people who do not attend will not be disadvantaged. However, the time spent revising with teaching staff is invaluable preparation for the forthcoming examinations.
Easter School will run on the days indicated and at the times given. Young people should bring a packed lunch if they plan to attend for the whole day as no catering facilities will be available. There will be no transport available due to it being a school holiday so parents/carers will be responsible for arranging suitable transport if required. Please contact your child’s guidance teacher if transport will prove difficult.
Young people will be asked to indicate before the Easter School which sessions they plan to attend to guarantee their spot and a register will be kept each day. Young people should not appear on the day without prior booking. They should go straight to the session upon arrival and not congregate in the communal areas. Young people not registered for a session will not be permitted on school grounds.
If you have any further questions, please contact the school office.
